C.W.Chase was approached by a tenant real estate broker to assist his client, an emerging technology company, to quickly and cost effectively acquire pre-owned office furniture for its new facility to house 85 employees.

They had been actively searching for several weeks and were unimpressed with the assistance they received or inventories presented.

Within two weeks, C.W.Chase located an inventory of workstations and office furniture that complemented the clients color scheme functional specifications and desired aesthetic.

C.W.Chase technicians and planning team were able to carefully integrate the furniture configuration with the carefully planned design scheme developed by the design firm, Veenendaal Cave. Accent pieces also acquired for common areas along with pre-owned training and conference room furniture met the specific design and functional needs of these areas.

C.W.Chase worked with Servigistics Chief Financial Officer, Todd Urquhart, whose objective was to produce an environment that would appeal to the functional and aesthetic needs the employees, while being extremely fiscally responsible to meet the objectives of the shareholders. C.W.Chase accomplished all these objectives creating an attractive and productive environment and saving Servigistics over $300,000 in their budget. The furnishings for this facility were delivered at a fourth of the cost of new, and the reviews from both employees and shareholders were excellent! The project was extremely timely being completed within four to five weeks from the initial meeting.
